Terms and Conditions

To secure any booking or custom order, a non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or event setup.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been confirmed.

Events Mila is not responsible for any damages that occur after the order has been delivered or the event setup has been completed.

Any changes to the order, event date, time, location, design, or details must be communicated in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
